I got my gym membership that day as well. 1.5 years later I was 165lbs.

Last year I hit 175 lbs. I was about 13% body fat. After cutting for a little bit I lost focus. I started eating bad or not really at all. Between work/school/gfs I'm 25lbs lighter right now.

Nearly lost it when I went on the scale yesterday. I'm just mad at myself for losing so much. I'm starting to feel like the stick I once was. Anyway I'm refocused again. It's not going to be easy but I hope to hit my goal of 165lbs by the end of the year. Hopefully stay within my body fat % goals as well.

My trunk is filled with shaker cups and supplements again.

I'm the same height but 215 lbs i used to be 180. I would give anything right now to be 105lbs. Muscles aren't worth it with all the stretch marks and cramps when i don't work out for days. Oh yeah you're going to be wearing shirts without sleeves if you get this big so i'll recommend you stay as slender as you can. It's much better

Man don't drink that crap. It's much better to be skinny than drinking a bunch of chemicals that could be wreaking havoc on your organs.

It's wear I was happiest. I could never get my body fat % where I wanted past 165. Then the double chin starts making an appearance.

That's a pretty broad statement that I don't agree with. There are plenty of things that help supplement a healthy body and lifestyle.

Personally I don't care about body fat percent, I just want to be able to climb and cycle reasonably well.
